Yes! You can change or cancel your subscription anytime, simply get it touch with us.
California law sets daily purchase limits. This means you can order as much as you’d like, as long as it is within the state limit of 28g of flower.
Yes, you need to be physically present to receive your delivery, this is a California law.
We will need to verify your identification upon arrival. Our system will notify you along
the way to ensure you are prepared. If you are unable to be present for your delivery,
please give us 24 hr notice in order to avoid a rescheduling fee.
If you’re not happy with your purchase, simply reach out to our team within 30 days of
receiving your order. We want to make sure you enjoy every part of your journey with
Elementalist.
We prioritize sustainable practices in everything we do. Our flower is carefully selected from partners who practice sustainable and often regenerative practices. Our packaging is sourced domestically and manufactured with mindfulness for the environment.
