Gelonade. This is my go-to for social gatherings! It makes me feel chatty and upbeat without any hint of nervousness. Great for getting out and exploring, or just having a good conversation!
Grape Cookies. This took the edge off and was calming. Started with a wave of joy which turned into relaxation, not too strong but just right, very chill.
